B5: Customised Corporate Training Courses

As independent training course developer we customise our Open Enrolment Courses to meet needs of Corporate Training courses and CSSC Lean Six Sigma standards. Six Sigma was introduced to solve a problem with manufacturing quality. Lean addresses waste in manufacturing and Six Sigma addresses variation in product consistency. These evolved and developed into Lean Six Sigma as the unifying standard methodology that has universal application in non-manufacturing and services industries. Customisation with our standard Courses facilitates application to a wide range of industries. To follow up, click > Contact us button below.

B1,B2: Open Enrolment Training Courses and Belt Levels

Training learners to lead and apply Lean Six Sigma skills and make a positive impact on business and quality improvement are achievable by increasing levels of proficiency. The levels are classified in ascending levels of proficiency by Belt Colours from white to darker colours as in karate grading colours. Our initial offerings are: Yellow Belt (improvement technician), Green Belt (Improvement Practitioner). Further Belt levels are under development. We offer in-person and virtual online classroom training, or a blend of both formats. In-person instructor-led in classroom is our most effective mode of training with thorough immersion into Lean Six Sigma. This facilitates inclusive participation, group discussions, case studies, firsthand workshop exercises with gamification, submission of workbook exercises, and completing in-person examination on penultimate course day. We also offer blended training incorporating in-person attendance followed by online virtual classroom sessions.

Our Basingstoke-Reading training venues are conveniently accessible, provide free car parking, lunch and refreshments during course days.
